Joe was raised in Nipawin, Saskatchewan and at a young age he moved to Saskatoon to work with his uncles in the construction industry. This where he learned to build from the ground up.

From a young age Joe had a hunger to own and operate his own business and at the age of 19 Joe moved to Melfort where he continued to gain knowledge in the building industry. He started his own business when he was 21.

In 2002 Joe met his soon-to-be wife Loretta. Through visiting with family who lived at Crooked Lake, they decided to purchase a cottage there. Trips into Yorkton were the beginning of a desire to take his passion of building in Yorkton and provide energy efficient and fire safe condos.

 

In 2013 Joe and Loretta completed building their luxury condo complex and Parkland Terrace was born!
